Processing purposes
Oud Huis Deman collects and processes the personal data of customers for customer and order management (e.g. customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, follow-up of solvency, profiling and sending marketing and personalised advertisement).

Legal basis(s) of the processing

Should this be necessary for the realisation of the intended purposes, the customer's personal data will be shared with other companies (of the Oud Huis Deman group) within the European Economic Area that are directly or indirectly related to Oud Huis Deman or with any other partner of Oud Huis Deman;
Oud Huis Deman guarantees that these recipients will take the necessary technical and organisational measures for the protection of the personal data.

Storage period
The personal data processed for customer management purposes will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the legal requirements (among others in the field of accounting).

Right of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability of personal data
The customer has at any time the right to inspect his personal data and can have them corrected if they are incorrect or incomplete, have them deleted, restrict their processing and object to the processing of personal data concerning him on the basis of article 6.1 (e) or (f), including profiling on the basis of these provisions.
In addition, the Customer has the right to obtain a copy (in a structured, accessible and machine-readable form) of his personal data and to have the personal data transferred to another company.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the customer is asked to:
  • modify the settings of his customer account himself; and/or

The customer has the right to object, free of charge, to any processing of his personal data for the purpose of direct marketing.

Complaint
The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission for the Protection of Privacy (rue du Peinture 35, 1000 Brussels - commission@privacycommission.be).
