The masters are named after Joseph De Meester. He is the husband of Christine Beckemans (3rd Generation).
He always said in this female front men don't get a chance. When he died, his daughter Anne De Meester (4th Generation) got a recipe back from the dust and put it in a new look (succeed). And named after her father.
It is based on vanilla and butter.
