Highly recommended with a piece of cheese or a nice piece of meat. The combination with the sweetness of the rusks and cheese gives a small explosion in your mouth.

It is a biscuit (rusk) that has been around for all 5 generations. It is based on a milk bread that is still sugared by hand as it was 135 years ago.
The bread is first thinly sliced ??and then one by one is passed through the sugar.
Definitely worth a try.
